Dina Ibrahim, M.D. is a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist, with over 19 years of experience. She was twice awarded a Top Oncologist distinction by Fresno Magazine, and is recognized as a leading Fresno hematologist and oncologist by the International Association of Oncologists. She has an abiding interest in research, and has served as the principal investigator for many clinical trials.

She received her fellowship training in oncology/hematology at Wayne State University, where she served as assistant professor in the hematology/oncology department for two years and did clinical research. Dr. Ibrahim served as an assistant clinical professor of medicine at UCSF Fresno’s department of internal medicine, division of hematology/oncology and as medical director at California Cancer Center in Fresno.

Dr. Ibrahim says that she learns a lot from her patients as she walks with them through the process of coping with a cancer diagnosis. She strives to personalize care for each of her patients, finding an approach to treatment that’s right for every individual. She also places a high value on taking the time to listen to her patients and helping them feel at ease in the midst of a trying time.

A local resident of Fresno for over 11 years, Dr. Ibrahim enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with her family and playing tennis.
