Dr. Sartaj Sandhu, M.D., FACE is a board-certified physician in Diabetes, Endocrinology, Metabolism and Internal Medicine. He graduated from Bangalore Medical College, India and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine followed by fellowship training in Diabetes and Endocrinology at the State University of New York at Buffalo. During his residency training, he was recipient of the eminent Arnold P. Gold Foundation Award for humanism and excellence in teaching. He served as the Chief Fellow during his fellowship training.
Dr. Sandhu is an active member of American Medical Association and American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. His research work as well as articles have been published in multiple peer-reviewed journals including Diabetes Care, The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, and Endocrine Practice, among others. He has also served as a peer reviewer for various medical journals. Prior to moving to Community Health Partners, Dr. Sandhu had worked as a clinical endocrinologist in New Jersey since 2014.
He is dedicated to provide high-quality care to patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders.
During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. His hobbies include outdoor sports, hiking and traveling.
