Wai S. Lee M.D.

Dr. Wai S. Lee is board certified in colorectal surgery. He graduated from Randolph-Macon College in Virginia with a bachelor’s degree and Phi Beta Kappa honors in chemistry, and received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, receiving Robert Wood Johnson and Joseph Collins awards. He completed his residency training at UMDNJ-Rutgers, where he also completed his fellowship in colon and rectal surgery. He received his general surgery board in 1985 and his Colon and Rectal Surgery Board in 1986.

Dr. Lee has been chief of surgery at Sierra Hospital and Saint Agnes Medical Center. He also served as chair of the Utilization and Multidisciplinary Committees at both hospitals.

Dr. Lee enjoys outdoor activities such as golfing, skiing and hiking. He loves to visit foreign lands, enjoys fine wine and dining, and does oil and watercolors. His focus, however, still centers on care for his patients.
