Brittanie Touma, D.O., earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, where she also competed as a Division I volleyball student-athlete. She went on to earn her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pomona, California.

Dr. Touma returned to her hometown of Fresno to complete her Internal Medicine internship and residency at UCSF Fresno. She is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and currently practices as a primary care physician at Community Primary Care – Shaw, where she cares for adult patients ages 18 and older.

Dr. Touma believes that excellent primary care begins with listening and building a trusting relationship with each patient. She takes a personalized, whole-person approach to medicine, working collaboratively with her patients to understand their individual health goals, concerns, and priorities. Her goal is for every patient to feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health. She strives to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while focusing on prevention, wellness, and helping her patients live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Touma enjoys spending time with her husband and their two young sons. She loves gardening, cooking, traveling, and painting custom banners for family and friends. She is grateful for the opportunity to care for patients in the community she has called home for most of her life.
