Karen Vargas Marquez, FNP, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Fresno Pacific University in Fresno, California, and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Karen brings diverse clinical experience, including family practice and emergency nursing at Community Regional Medical Center, a Level I trauma center, and is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association. As a local to the area, Karen is proud to give back to the community she grew up in. She is bilingual in Spanish, allowing her to better connect with and serve a broader range of patients in the Central Valley. Karen values patient education and believes in a collaborative approach to care, empowering patients to take an active role in their treatment decisions.

Outside of her clinical practice, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, husband, and two dogs. She loves attending concerts, watching football, and being outdoors whenever possible.
