Morgan B. Kelly, PA-C, CAQ-OS is a board-certified orthopedic surgery physician assistant. She is a Kentucky native who completed advanced training through the UCSF Fresno Orthopedic Surgery PA Fellowship in Fresno, CA.
Morgan graduated with honors from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Human Health Science with a minor in Health Advocacy. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies while serving as Class President. In 2022, Morgan earned her specialty certificate (CAQ) in Orthopedic Surgery from the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Morgan has several years of experience providing patient-centered care for a variety of orthopedic conditions. Believing in a personalized approach, Morgan treats every patient like family—offering clear communication, empathy, and comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
When she is not practicing medicine, Morgan can be found traveling, hunting, fishing, gardening, homesteading, enjoying time with friends, family, Kamalei, and her rescue dogs Griffey and Julep. Morgan participates in pageantry and was crowned Ms. Cosmos United States in 2024. Morgan also enjoys mentoring pre-medical students through The Next One in Line Initiative, which she founded as a way to provide mentorship to underserved students interested in the medical field. She travels the state providing free-of-charge casting/splinting workshops for pre-PA students.
