Okkes Kuybu, M.D., is board certified in neurology in addition to a board certification and emphasis in vascular neurology. He received his medical degree from Istanbul University, Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency in neurology at Louisiana State University. Dr. Kuybu went on to complete two fellowships, one in vascular neurology at Emory University and the second in neuroendovascular surgery at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Kuybu specializes in comprehensive care of stroke patients. Dr. Kuybu’s approach to patient care revolves around empathy, communication and evidence-based practices for individualized care. His interests include spending time with family and friends.
