Pravachan Hegde, M.D., DAABIP, is board-certified in interventional pulmonology, pulmonary and critical care medicine with a concentration in interventional pulmonology and advanced interventional thoracic endoscopy.
He completed his residency in internal medicine at Gundersen Health System and finished his fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He later completed a fellowship in advanced interventional thoracic endoscopy and interventional pulmonology under the Division of Thoracic Surgery at University of Montreal.
Dr. Hegde has advanced training in comprehensive thoracic endoscopy techniques and interventional pulmonology from the world-renowned CHUM Endoscopic Tracheobronchial and Esophageal Center at the University of Montreal. He is also interested in clinical research related to lung cancer, advanced devices, and interventional pulmonology. Dr. Hegde serves as the director of the Lung Nodule Program at Community Medical Centers. Dr. Hegde is fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and conversational French. His hobbies include table tennis, cricket, hiking, traveling places and spending time with wife and two children.
