Shahab Khazanehdari, MD is a board-certified neurologist and neurointensivist in Fresno, CA. He received his medical degree from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Tehran, Iran. He was practicing as a general practitioner before moving to the United States. He was a research fellow in neurocritical care at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX before starting his internship at Montefiore Medical Center (Wakefield) in the Bronx, NY. He finished his neurology residency while serving as the chief resident at JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ. He continued postgraduate training as a neurocritical care fellow at Northshore University Hospital (Northwell Health) in Long Island, NY and graduated in 2021. Prior to joining Community Neuroscience Institute, he was practicing as a neurointensivist in Jacksonville, FL.

Dr. Khazanehdari maintains a membership with the American Academy of Neurology and Neurocritical Care Society.
